Tom and Itay recently got married in a beautiful afternoon wedding on Shavuot eve. Wanting the beach as their ceremony backdrop, Caesarea’s Cohav HaYam venue was a natural choice for the two. In celebration of Shavuot, Tom had a flower cart arranged with floral wreaths for all her friends which was a beautiful addition to the event.
A day before the wedding, a spring storm arrived in Israel, bringing untimely showers that threatened to bring indoors the afternoon garden wedding the two had planned.
Even though their families were stressed over the unexpected weather, Tom and Itay kept cool and knew that everything would be alright. The following day was indeed a sunny one, with only a bit of storm clouds which came for a visit during the chuppa ceremony and then quickly went away. The unusual weather not only resulted in a stunning sunset with it, but also a sweet sea breeze that had the flower girls twirling in the grass.
Enjoy these great pictures from the wedding by Liron Erel, they are refreshing and wonderful and are a great way to start the week.
