Beccy Blue’s 30s Themed Wedding

Designer and art director Beccy Blue Maramalade is no stranger on the blog, we love featuring her wonderful concept weddings she plans and designes which are documented by the talented photographer Alexey Kudrik. So today we are VERY excited to bring you the stunning image’s from Beccy’s own wedding. Beccy’s sense of style and taste is evident in each of these images, taken by photographer Alexey Kudrik.

Beccy’s wedding was a 30s themed winter wedding that took place in a historic building in Rehovot called Chateau Margot. Beccy tells us she was thrilled about having a winter wedding because that is when the most beautiful flowers are available. The wedding was planned as a 30s dance party with live music band Criminal Project setting the pace. Guest’s received styled invitations in the essence of the era (designed by Beccy). All of the planning and design was done by Beccy. Dive into these inspirational images and thank you Beccy for sharing your amazing works and special day with us. We love the details, theme and you.

It was the loveliest event I’ve ever been to! We arrived to this beautiful house surrounded by a gorgeous garden, entering through an iron gate, just like in a fairy tale. The invitations were hand made, the food was lovely, and the live music magical! The Huppa was held by the groom’s best friend, and was placed at a beautiful staircase, leading to the main building. even the weather was smiling at us: it was a beautiful February night, but it was warm enough, and the stars were shimmering, as were the lights that decorated the garden. At one corner of the garden was a specially set place with hats and boas, so that the guest could have their pictures taken 1930’s style, with the bride and groom or without them. The food was wonderful, and the house itself – just lovely, with its hand painted floor tiles and the amazing veranda. The bride and groom prepared a lovely film on “how we met…”. everyone has the best time!!!!!! thank you for inviting us to such an amazing event. Mazal Tov for ever and ever!
