We’re always thrilled to see how our very own Israeli designers are succeeding overseas, and it makes us even more excited when they are from our very own dream team. Tel Aviv based bridal dress designer, Limor Rosen, who comes from a heritage home of fashion designers, proves once again how uncompromised sewing, meticulous patterns and designs and following updated trends, all create a wonderful collection.
The latest Treasure collection by Limor Rosen, which was also presented at NYC Bridal Market, derives its inspiration from the ancient Faberge eggs which started their fancy heritage when they were given as a gift to the Russian Tsars, until today when they are presented as a luxurious dessert in the most expensive restaurants in the world. The gentle work of beading, embellishments and the combinations of lace and precious elements in the collection, are as precise and thoughtful as the work that was done on the famous Faberge eggs. In addition, the feminine silhouettes and the precise detailing that Limor is known for, are preset in the collection with flowy fabrics, brilliant transparencies and shades of ivory lace over nude and blush linings.
One of our favorite dresses is the Grace model – A lacy floral crop top with beaded details paired with a midi skirt and elegant pearl buttons down the back which add a twist to the look. Another look we just couldn’t ignore is the Luisa design which is structured from a tailored delicate lacy top covered by a geometric beaded net with hand sewn beaded pearls over a nude lining. The amazing top is paired with flared crepe georgette trousers – so innovative!
The looks in Limor’s collection project distinct elegance, which when you combine with the bold and statement accessories and the unique styling, create a masterpiece picture and unforgettable look.
