Roni and Mosh met as if in a movie shot in a Tel Aviv setting: Roni was riding monit sherut (bux taxi) 66 and on came Mosh who accidently dropped all his change on the floor. Roni helped him pick it up, he smiled at her, and once she left the taxi he yelled out the window for her phone number. The two have been together ever since for almost four and a half years.
With Roni working in graphic design and Mosh a restauranteur, they were able to plan a wedding that was anything but average. They decided to wed in Mosh’s mother’s garden in Pardes Hanna on a Friday afternoon for its great energy, scenery and memories and moments the couple have shared on its grounds.
Wild flowers covered the tables while tomatoes, peppers, and other vegetables were used to decorate near the pool and buffet tables. The food was fresh and delicious and the chuppah was reform with the ketubah written by the couple, while invitations and menus were designed by Roni. By the end of the night, those guests who were not on the dance floor were jumping into the pool. “The wedding was exactly how we imagined it. Our wedding our dreams” says Roni.
