Milliner and headpieces designer, Tami Bar-Lev, released her new headpiece bridal sweetly named – I HEART PISTACHIO. The collection is full of beautiful art works that are according to Tami, all about her small and hidden obsessions.
Tami’s hair accessories have not only become a byword in Israel, but are now recognized abroad as her pieces were displayed on the models’ heads when they walked the runway at the Mira Zwillinger’s show during the Bridal Fashion Week in New York. We believe that this collection is going to be a real hit among brides who are looking to upgrade their look with a little but unique twist.
The collection is inspired by the different stages of the wedding planning when you search for that personal statement that will leave a mark with inspiration boards, a mix of visual elements and a never-ending hunt for the perfect color pallet. Sounds familiar? This fusion of different elements eventually consolidates into one cohesive collection, with bright shades and pastel colors all surrounded in a sugary atmosphere.
The combination of shades of white and cream and pistachio and mint offer a festive look that matches our upcoming summer wedding season. Among the materials that Tami uses we can find velvet, lace, silk, felt decorated by beads, sequins, pearls, precious stones and Swarovski.
We loved the headpieces which are filled with tons of presence; where elements such as raspberries and pistachio are combined to create a bombastic but pleasent look. Alongside the statement pieces we found ‘quieter’ works for those brides who look for a sparkly little twist for their special wedding look.
