Gvirtz Catering owned by Chef Sagi Gvirtz is a new generation, high quality and meticulous catering, suitable for small and large weddings and especially happy and homogeneous events.
Chef Sagi Gvirtz has a rich resume in the culinary field: he began his career with Erez Bread and since then has specialized mainly in baking and cooking seafood. From there, he continued to gain experience at “Pangea” restaurant with Chef Roi Sofer. He founded a branch of the London restaurant “Baker and Spice” in Korea and was the head chef at “Maasiya” Catering. The combination of baking and catering helped Sagi in the whole process of taste and experience and in 2010, he opened “Gvirtz Catering”, which was the home catering of the Andromeda house in the past.
Gvirtz catering is suitable for productions in private homes, field productions and boutique events, since they specialize in professional logistics.
The food style includes baking (such as the beet bread, which the catering is famous for), seafood (if you are not interested in a kosher menu), fusion, Asian cuisine, Mediterranean and other custom-made concepts.
